INGREDIENTS For 1 people
1 tin of infix Piquillo Peppers LC
1 tin of White tuna belly
Mayonnaise
Fresh parsley
Grounded black pepper
1 box of crackers
ELABORATION
Open the tin of Confit Piquillo Peppers LC and place them over the crackers.
Keep aside one pepper, cut into very small pieces and mix it with a spoon of mayonnaise.
Place a chunk of White tuna belly on top the pepper and decorate it with the mayonnaise.
To finish sprinkle the pepper with some small pieces of fresh parsley and grounded black pepper.
