WHITE ASPARAGUS LC WITH SMOKED SALMON AND CHIVES VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS For 1 people
1 asparagus tin LC
Smoked salmon
Fresh chive
Olive oil
Sherry vinegar
ELABORATION
Chop the chive in very small pieces and place it in a small bowl, add a bit of olive oil, some drops of sherry vinegar and a pinch of salt. Steer up everything and vinaigrette is ready!
Open the asparagus tin LC, drain the excess of liquid and place the asparagus in a dish. Cut some thin slices and place the asparagus and to finish add the chive vinaigrette on top.
