1 artichokes jar LC
Micuit of foie
Salt flakes
ELABORATION
Open the artichokes heart jar LC and drain the excess of water. Cut off the stalk leaving a flat base.
Place the artichokes hearts facing the up and cut some slices of MICUIT of foie and place them on the head of the artichoke.
With the blowtorch we wait till the foie is slightly melted and to finish we add a pinch of salt flakes.
